我々は非熱的破壊領域の理解を進めるために、銅における超短パルスレーザー加工痕のパルス幅・フルーエンス依存性を系統的に調べた。その結果、パルス幅・フルーエンスの2次元マップ上において、加工痕の外観が異なる2つの領域を特定した。両領域の境界は、熱的なモデルに基づく破壊閾値の理論曲線とよく対応している。講演では両領域の特徴について議論する。
