Using a cross-linking polymer, redox-enzymes for sucrose detection were immobilized on a 30 µm-pitch potentiometric redox array sensor on which a gold and titanium layer film was deposited, and the sucrose response was investigated. Sucrose concentration dependence was measured on the enzyme-immobilized membrane and the sensitivity was 35.5 mV/dec in the range of 10-4 to 10-2 M. When a stem slice was placed on the sensor surface, the output images as a high concentration of sucrose in the stem outer frame area was obtained, and successfully detected the sucrose distribution in the plant body.
