To measure in-vivo information of plants, an insertion type sensor was developed to solve the challenge of pH detection errors due to characteristic drift during long-term measurements. The proposed solution involved combining two ion image sensors with different characteristics to eliminate the influence of characteristic drift. The sensor was designed and fabricated accordingly. As a result, the completed sensor exhibited performance suitable for the proposed method, raising expectations to solve characteristic drift during long-term measurements.
