Quantum-inspired technology, particularly quantum Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE), for simulating physical phenomena has been receiving significant attention. However, the practical applications of quantum CAE are still largely unexplored. Our objective is to apply this technology to materials research. In this study, we conducted simulations on particle diffusion. The results demonstrated that the computed behavior of particles was consistent with theoretical predictions.
