Recent advancements have positioned Tin Halide Perovskites as a pioneering category of budget-friendly semiconductors for optoelectronic endeavors. Yet, in spite of their impressive efficiencies, there remains a pressing need to delve deeper into the intrinsic physics and durability aspects of these semiconductors. A pivotal research avenue revolves around discerning the temperature-induced alterations in perovskite properties. The thermal stability is very important, but has not been studied in detail. In this work, we employ different hole transport materials as CTLs used for mixed A-stie tin perovskite film growth to investigate their temperature-dependent photoluminescence (PL) properties.
