Currently, tin perovskite solar cells (Sn-PVK-PV) have been reported to have the highest conversion efficiency of over 14% among non-lead perovskite solar cells. However, there is only one report on thermal stability in the NIP normal structure, and none in the PIN inverted structure, where high efficiency has been achieved in Sn-PVK-PV. The high-temperature degradation was expected to be caused by the diffusion of iodine ions. Atomic layer deposition tin oxide layer (ALD-SnOx) was inserted to prevent ion diffusion, and the relationship between the insertion position and high-temperature durability was investigated.
