Silver bismuth iodide solar cells show promise as a solar cell material because of their high light absorption coefficient over a wide range of compositions. However, there are few reports on inversed structure solar cells, and their conversion efficiency is lower than that of Normal structure solar cells. In this study, we investigated the composition and electrode materials of Inverted structure solar cells using Silver Bismuth Iodide and reported the high efficiency obtained.
