This study fabricated two types of tin perovskite(Sn-PVK) bilayer structures, Sn-PVK/ICBA, and Sn-PVK/C60, and investigated the transport and extraction of photoexcited charge carriers in Sn-PVK. Based on the simulations of results of Photoluminescence decays, the extraction velocity for ICBA and C60 and electron diffusion length of Sn-PVK were estimated. It was found that the electron diffusion length is greater than the thickness of the Sn-PVK thin film. Therefore, for the improvement of Sn-PVK solar cells, the optimization of charge carrier extraction is very important.
