Flexible/stretchable devices have been widely developed to allow to monitor vital data from skin or to add skin functions to robotic hands. Due to thin and flexibility of the device like skin, it calls "electronic skin (e-skin)". As our activity on e-skin developments, this talk introduces the recent progress of edge-type multimodal flexible sensors using nano materials as an active components. Furthermore, I discuss the outlook of e-skin.
