QPM devices with periodically poled structures have attractive features such as high-efficiency conversion and non-walk-off circular converted beam at frequency conversion, and they have been developed for practical use. In this paper, we compare the characteristics of various ferroelectrics (LN, Mg: SLT, LBGO, KTP) and report on the waveguide structure fabrication technology created by fs laser writing to add their functionalities.
