We have developed a novel teaching aid for measuring the work functions of metals using the discharged hollow-cathode lamp. So far, we have successfully determined the work functions of Cs, K, and Eu using this method. This time, we will experimentally clarify the relationship between the irradiation light intensity and the photoelectric effect signal intensity, and we will also try to newly measure the work functions of Na and Rb with this experimental scheme.
