In recent years, research has been conducted on the use of hydrogen (H2) as an energy carrier to replace existing energy sources. However, since H2 is virtually nonexistent on earth by itself, it must be produced through a decomposition process from a compound. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the possibility of H2 production from hydroxides by mechanochemical methods.
