In optical absorption, fluorescence, and light scattering measurements using an LED light source, the temperature of the LED increases during the evaluations. Optical intensity from LED decrease and wavelength LED become longer. In this paper, highly stable LED light source was developed by optimizing the duty ratio and pulse frequency of the PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) method for precise and stable optical measurement.
