In recent years, products that cut blue light have been put on the market. Blue light is considered to be blue light with wavelengths ranging from 380 nm to 495 nm, but the peak sensitivity of S-cones is around 440 nm, which may affect color discrimination. In this study, we investigated the effect of using blue light cut lenses on human color recognition characteristics. Since our previous study showed that different subjects have different discrimination abilities, we examined the causes and effects of the use of blue light cut lenses.
