We have been fabricated the periodic nanostructured optical device “photonic crystal” using nanoimprint lithography, that is a technology for transferring the nanostructures onto polymer surfaces. In this study, we will report on the development of an ion sensor in which nanoimprinted PhC is covered with plasticized polyvinyl chloride (PVC).
