Iron-chalcogenide superconductor FeSe has attracted due to the highly enhanced superconductivity observed in monolayer films on SrTiO3 (STO) resulting from interface effects. We have worked on the realization of the interface-enhanced superconductivity using pulsed laser deposition, and realized the superconductivity in ultrathin films thicker than 2 nm. In this study, we investigated the superconducting properties in magnetic fields up to 19 T.
