In this study, we present a novel liquid metal-based conductive paste using EGaIn and Ga2O3. Ga2O3 effectively mitigates the native oxidation layer of Ga, allowing for the easy formation of a uniform paste through simple mixing. Moreover, no further reaction occurs between Ga2O3 and Ga, thereby enhancing the stability of the printed conductor. Furthermore, the paste layer serves as the wetting layer for printing bare EGaIn on top of it, achieving a bilayer liquid metal-based conductor with outstanding electric-mechanic performance. The study successfully demonstrates a highly stretchable strain sensor (up to 400% strain) and a stretchable hybrid device using the developed LM-based stretchable conductors.
