Aiming to measure ion concentration inside 3D cultured cells, we fabricated an organic electrochemical transistor (OECT) with a porous PEDOT:PSS channel as a structure that also functions as a scaffold. The fabricated device maintained p-type OECT characteristics, and its drain current changed depending on various cation concentrations. On the day of the event, we plan to discuss these electrical properties and ion responsivity.
