Organic Field-Effect Transistors (OFETs) have high potential for various device applications, but an important challenge is the formation of uniform active layers. While single-crystal OFETs offer high performance, their manufacturing is generally complex, not scalable, and not practical. To address this, we developed a method combining a novel crystal growth technique, "Indirect Sublimation," with a simple transfer process to create multi-single-crystal film OFET devices. This approach enables the application of single-crystal OFETs' superior characteristics in practical devices similar to thin-film OFETs, maintaining both high performance and scalability.
