In this study, we fabricated and integrated organic thin film transistor using Ph-BTBT-10 and organic photodetector using 8H2PC:PC61BM bulk heterojunction. Ph-BTBT-10 exhibits high hole mobility over large areas by utilizing liquid crystallinity, also 8H2PC and PC61BM form a fine donor-acceptor interface. Each active layer was fabricated by solution process. The linear dynamic range was 53 dB. The photocurrent response was highly linear at light intensities below 100 μW/cm2 (wavelength of 760 nm), where the on-resistance of OTFT is smaller than the resistance of OPD under light irradiation.
