3次元蛍光イメージング手法として，強度輸送方程式(TIE)と伝搬計算を組み合わせた方法が提案されている．TIEを用いた位相計測において，ユーザーが設定する計算機上の正則化パラメータが存在する．正則化パラメータが計測する位相分布に与える影響について，実験では，熱雑音などの様々なノイズ要因が考えられる．本研究では，熱雑音が支配的な場合，正則化パラメータが位相分布に与える影響について，シミュレーションにて検討した．
