Independent control of amplitude, phase, and polarization of light waves by metasurfaces can be expected to be applied to high-performance optical modulation devices. For quantitative measurement of such multidimensional optical modulation, integration of various optical property measurement techniques will be required in the future. In this study, we propose a new method for one-shot imaging of amplitude, phase, and polarization by combining a metasurface with a Hartmann mask, which is known as a wavefront sensor.
