White light interference fringes are applied to distance measurement and three-dimensional measurement. The presence or absence of interference fringes is mainly confirmed with the human eye. After the presence of interference fringes is confirmed, the fringes are stored as digital signals and subjected to signal processing. This research attempted to determine the presence or absence of white light interference fringes buried in noise using image recognition technology.
