The conductivity of plasmon-exciton strong coupling systems in plasmonic Au nanostructures / tetraphenylporphyrin tetrasulfonic acid (TPPS) thin films were examined. The strong coupling system caused an improvement in the conductivity of the film in spite of dark condition. In addition, the photocurrents due to absorption corresponding to both lower and higher polariton levels were observed with significant intensity.
