Simultaneous break in both space-inversion and time-reversal symmetry gives rise to optical magneto-chiral (MCh) effects. Optical MCh effects results in polarization-independent directional-dependent difference in amplitude transmission coefficients, referred to as moving-medium effects, which show a similar response by a medium on the move with a constant velocity. In this contribution, we numerically calculate S-parameters of two-dimensional MCh metasurfaces and evaluate effective polarizability tensors to investigate the moving-medium effect.
