[24p-12H-12] Preparation of spinodally decomposed TiO₂-VO₂ films on mica substrates

We present the prepartion results of spinodally decomposed TiO₂-VO2 films on a flexible mica substrates. In our experiments, we took two aproaches for the occurrence of spinodal decomposition in this system. One is that a solid solution film was firstly prepared and then was annealed inside spinodal region. Another is that the spinodal decomposition is directly induced during film deposition without annealing process. In this presentation, we will present the results using these two aproaches and discuss the occurrence of spinodal decomposition of the TiO2-VO2 films on mica substrates.
