In this study, we prepared CrMnSb ternary alloy thin films with various composition and deposition temperature to fabricate transition-metal pnictides with zinc blende structure. The crystal structure and magnetic properties of the prepared samples were evaluated by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM), respectively. The changes in crystal structure and magnetic properties with composition and deposition temperature are discussed.
