Incoherent digital holography (IDH) has been researched as a technique to record a digital hologram of spatially incoherent light. Optical systems to obtain a digital hologram of spatially and temporally incoherent light such as natural light, which is based on IDH, have been developed . Our research group develops the application of IDH to the natural-light holographic camera to adopt IDH to an optical microscope, acquire an incoherent holographic image, and propose a three-dimensional sensor based on IDH. We describe basic optical systems of the holographic camera and show experimental results using the developed holographic camera.
