Low-dimensional materials such as carbon nanotube (CNT) and MoS2 have shown great performance for flexible thin-film transistors (TFTs) with high carrier mobility. They often exhibit significant characteristic variability, which can lead to performance distribution or even function errors in analog circuits. In this research, we investigate the suppression of variability in CNT TFT-based analog CMOS amplifiers and have found out that the two-transistor and one-capacitor (2T1C) load configuration exhibits variability tolerance.
