Ultraflexible perovskite solar cells utilizing few-micron-thick plastic substrates are gathering great attention as a mobile power source for the application of the Internet of Things (IoT), such as for indoor applications thanks to their extremely lightweight and high power conversion efficiency (PCE). In this study, we report the ultraflexible perovskite solar cells with high PCE by introducing SnO2-based n-i-p structure perovskite solar cells on Parylene/SU-8 plastic substrates with excellent thermal stability.
