NanoTerasu, starting its operation in 2024, is a highly brilliant synchrotron light source advantageous for soft X-ray studies. At NanoTerasu, three public beamlines dedicated to resonant inelastic X-ray scattering (RIXS), angle-resolved photoelectron spectroscopy (ARPES) and X-ray magnetic circular dichroism (XMCD) are being constructed by Institute for Advanced Synchrotron Light Source, QST. In this talk, outlines of the public beamlines are presented along with a few prospective applications.
