我々は、ラベルフリー計測技術の研究を精力的に行っている。特に、近年の中赤外レーザー技術の発展に着目し、中赤外分光による細胞計測という、古そうに聞こえるが実は新しい研究領域の開拓に着手している。本講演では、近年我々が開発した超高速の広帯域中赤外分光手法であるタイムストレッチ赤外分光（Time-stretch infrared spectroscopy, TSIR）や、超解像中赤外顕微鏡技術である中赤外フォトサーマル定量位相顕微鏡（Mid-infrared photothermal quantitative phase imaging, MIP-QPI）を紹介する。
