SWCNTs are an alternative to rare metals for thermoelectric conversion materials, and a thermoelectric device that floats on the surface of water using its freestanding film (Bucky paper: BP) has been fabricated in a previous study. The state of the dispersion is considered to affect the performance of the BP. Therefore, this study aimed to improve the performance of BPs and devices by changing the amplitude of ultrasonic dispersion performed in the preparation of p-type BPs.
