In this study, we created a SWCNT/mesh film by combining SWCNTs and mesh to improve the heat dissipation effect and improve the difficulty of temperature differences, which was a drawback of SWCNT films. So far, SWCNT/mesh membranes with n-type thermoelectric properties have been fabricated, but they could not be maintained for a long period of time due to readsorption of oxygen molecules. Therefore, by changing it to n-type and applying a new surface coating, we suppressed the readsorption of oxygen molecules and evaluated the long-term maintenance of n-type thermoelectric properties.
