[25a-12N-5] Non-linear optical phenomena in frequency modulated terahertz radiation of Josephson plasma emitters

In this presentation, we will report the results of detailed observation of the spectra of several JPE devices with different radiation frequencies and their distributions under DC bias at high frequency modulation bias as parameters of modulation frequency and amplitude, and discuss the nonlinear optical effects brought about by Josephson junctions.
