The design of the microwave termination and low-pass filters were optimized and were compared the results of simulation and fabricated one. Regarding the microwave termination, we improved the fabrication reproducibility of the termination resistor and evaluated the relationship between the value of the termination resistor and the operating margin through experiments. Regarding the low-pass filter, we compared a λ/4-type low-pass filter and a two-series coil with a damping resistor, and found that by adopting the latter, we were able to improve the operating margin while reducing the size.
