In this study, we are developing a Josephson voltage standard system that works even under high magnetic field conditions by installing a magnetic shield structure made of a combination of superconductor and ferromagnet around a Josephson device mounted in a dilution refrigerator. In the presentation, we will report on how we addressed the problem of cracking of the magnetic shield caused by thermal stress, confirmed the cooling status of the magnetic shield by measuring its temperature, and improved the residual field measurement by temperature correction of the Hall device.
