We report the results of the time-resolved electrical measurement of the photocarrier generation process in a Perovskite solar cell (PSC) using Light-triggered time-domain reflectometry. We observed the transient impedance of PSC during the illumination of the light pulse from the nanosecond to 100-microsecond time regions. We observed the time evolution of the photogenerated carrier distribution in the Perovskite layer from the start of the illumination to the steady state of the photocurrent.
