[25a-22C-5]Effective additives at interface of perovskite/electron transport layer for highly efficient perovskite solar cells

By treatment of 5F-PHZ as an additive on perovskite, two-dimensional (2D) perovskite grains are formed at the interface between perovskite and electron transport layer, the perovskite solar cells were improved durability and efficiency. The 2D grains are stable for H2O and inactivate perovskite(3-dimentional) defects. In this report, we would like to discuss the molecular structure of the additive used to introduce 2D perovskite grains at the perovskite/charge transport layer interface.
