Reservoir computing is a computational technique suitable for processing time-series data, and physical reservoirs are expected to have applications in edge AI. However, many physical reservoirs require light input to be converted to a voltage waveform, which is a bottleneck for high-speed conversion. In this study, we used solid electrolytes such as Ag2S and Ag-doped Ta2O5 and performed the recognition task using alphabets as light irradiation patterns. The results of position dependence and wavelength dependence will also be presented.
