Understanding the three-dimensional magnetic field distribution of Magnetic Flux Concentrators (MFC) is crucial for the design of highly sensitive magnetic sensors. Recently, we have developed a technique using Magnetic Optical (MO) imaging to rapidly and accurately measure the three-dimensional distribution of magnetic field vectors. In this report, we present the results of analyzing the magnetic flux distribution generated by MFC through two-dimensional simulations using the finite element method and discuss the evaluation technique employing Magnetic Optical Imaging technology.
