Recently, heat flux sensors based on the anomalous Nernst effect (ANE) have attracted much attention, and we have confirmed the effect of increasing the anomalous Nernst voltage by modifying the structure of ANE-type heat flow sensors. For quantitative discussion, we evaluated the thermal conductivity of the substrate and protective film of the sample used. Based on these values, we are performing thermal simulations. Details will be reported on the day.
