In recent years, studies on the Orbital Hall Effect (OHE) as a conversion from electrical current to orbital current, and the Orbital Nernst Effect (ONE) as a conversion from thermal gradient, has become increasingly active. We are conducting first-principles studies on the Orbital Hall Conductivity (OHC) and Orbital Nernst Conductivity (ONC) of various systems, including monometallic systems, multilayered structures, and multicomponent alloys. In this presentation, we focus on the OHC and ONC of 2-component alloys based on 3d-transition metals, aiming to elucidate the electronic principles of orbital current generation and enhance the efficiency of its generation. We systematically examine these alloys from the perspectives of crystal structure and atomic composition ratio.
