In order to stabilize and improve the performance of Photoluminescence(PL) measurement using an LED light source, evaluated the PL spectrum of ruby using by optimally adjusted the duty ratio of the PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) method. Measurement stability was improved by adjusting the lighting frequency of the LED light source. By adjusting the duty ratio, it was possible to reduce temporal changes in the emission intensity of the LED light source, making stable PL measurements possible.
