We focused on iron oxide nanotube arrays (FNA) and graphitic carbon nitride (g-C3N4) among photocatalyst. And, we have been working toward the structural control of the composite by the physical vapor deposition (PVD) method and the enhancement of its photocatalytic activity. As a result, we confirmed that the hydrogen production measured by gas chromatography showed that the hydrogen production of the FNA/g-C3N4 sample exceeded that of the FNA and g-C3N4 samples. Presumably because the Direct-Z-scheme was formed at the FNA/g-C3N4 interface.
