We found TMCz-BO, a TADF material, showed longer and shorter delayed emission decay lifetime at higher and lower temperature in toluene, respectively, and it provided a negative ΔEST on three-state kinetic analysis as like inverted S1-T1 material. The detail analysis of temperature dependence of emission decay in valious solvents revealed that it could be explained with the conventional TADF energy arrangement by comprehensive kinetic analysis considering the higher lying triplet state and temperature dependence of the activation energy.
