[25p-22C-3]Fabrication of bendable perovskite/Si-heterojunction tandem solar cells applied with micro-texture

We fabricated perovskite solar cells on a substrate with a micro-texture surface using spin coating, and achieved solar cell characteristics nearly equivalent to those on a flat glass substrate. By employing these fabrication conditions to form perovskite solar cells on a Si heterojunction solar cell with a micro-texture surface and with a thickness of 83μm, we obtained a power conversion efficiency of the perovskite/Si heterojunction tandem solar cell exceeding 26% with a cell size of 1cm².
