[25p-22C-7] Voltage-Matched All-Perovskite Multijunction Solar Modules with Monolithic Series-Connection

We designed all-perovskite multijunction solar modules using a monolithically series-connected structure. The voltage-matched double-junction module achieves more energy yield and potentially higher durability and lower cost than the series-connected two-terminal module and four-terminal module. On the other hand, a new triple-junction configuration, in which directly series-connected middle and bottom cells compose the middle-bottom module that is voltage-matched with the top module, is the most suitable for widespread use of all perovskite solar modules.
