We have been creating semantically structured PoLyInfo RDF through knowledge building from the NIMS polymer database PoLyInfo. In this study, we constructed a prediction model for fungi that biodegrade polyethylene by ensemble learning using data obtained by integration with the protein sequence database UniProt RDF.
