Terahertz (THz) imaging has emerged as a promising non-invasive technique for biomedical applications. In this study, we successfully demonstrated high-resolution THz imaging of individual mouse melanoma cells (~10 μm) using Scanning Point Terahertz Source (SPoTS) microscopy. The captured images reveal distinct cellular structures and surrounding colonies. This represents the first demonstration of THz-TDS imaging at the single-cell scale, marking a significant step toward applying THz technology in precise, label-free cellular diagnostics.
